Landlord Registration

To register with RentsToGo simply visit the registration page by clicking the “Register” link and create your account by completing your user profile.

Renter Registration

If you with to use the RentalCast Premium service you will be required to register with RentsToGo. To register simply visit the registration page by clicking the “Register” link below and create your account by completing your user profile.

Renter Email Confirmation

After completing the registration process, RentsToGo will request that you confirm the email address you have provided during registration. You will receive an email from RentsToGo with a link to use to confirm the email address. Please click the link to return to the RentsToGo registration site and confirm your registration.

Your Account

Forgotten Password and or User Id

If you have forgotten your password please access the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page. If you have forgotton both your user id and password please contact RentsToGo at support@rents-to-go.com.

Account Access

To access your account please visit the login page and enter your userid and password. If you have tried your userid and password but are unable to access your account please contact support@rents-to-go.com. If you have forgotten your userid and/or password please contact support@rents-to-go.com.

Alternate Payment Options

At present RentsToGo accepts only pre-payment by major credit card.

Billing & Payment Questions

If you have a questions concerning an invoice or service charge from RentsToGo on your credit card please contact RentsToGo at support@rents-to-go.com.

Manage your profile

To manage your user profile please login to your account and select the my profile option. All details specific to your account profile will be displayed and you may modify as required. Once you have finished the modifications please save the update.

Landlord Account History

To view your account history, login to your account. Access the “Account History” menu option. The account history page will provide details on all previous transactions with RentsToGo. Should you have any questions concerning your account please contact RentsToGo at support@rents-to-go.com.

Renter Account History

To view your account history, login to your account. Access the “My Profile” menu option. Look for the “Account History” button on the “My Profile” page. The account history page will provide details on all previous transactions with RentsToGo. Should you have any questions concerning your account please contact RentsToGo at support@rents-to-go.com.

Landlord Property Management

Adding Properties (Buildings & Apartments)

To add listings access your account and the My Listings section. To add a new listing simply click “Add Listing” and add the details requested by RentsToGo.

Broadcasting Apartment Details

To broadcast a listing simply set the broadcast option to on for a particular listing. You may find this option by login in to your account and accessing the Property Management option on the My Accounts page. Once in Property Management simply select the unit in question and enable the option. Once the option is enabled the listing will be broadcast to anyone who requests or is matched to the listing. If you wish to stop broadcasting the listing in question simply turn the broadcast option off.

Modifying Apartment Details

To modify a listing logon to your account and select Property Management on the My Accounts page. Once in Property Management select the property in question and select the listing requiring modification. Once selected simply make the appropriate modification and save the update.
